i bought mine through a friend...see if you know anybody who is selling before you start looking online...theres a few members here that are selling their bikes...
also read the sticky post for more help and suggesstions...theres alot of scammers now so be careful

You're in San Jose. I'm sure there's plenty of bikes around. Try your local newspaper or publication (like cycletrader --> http://www.cycletrader.com/).

Whatch out for scammers on cycletrader...I have heard a few horror stories from people trying to buy a bike that is out of the country. If you have the time read the threads at the top of the board, there is a lot to learn in there Good Luck!
