Because the diameter will probably be different so where exactly could I get it done? Can I just send in my fit with the new wheels to the dealer and have them do it? How much would it cost?

For the right price the dealer will calibrate your speedo for wheel size.

I don't mean to be a jerk, but that would just be a waste of money. I'm pretty sure that it's not that inaccurate on the speedo, unless you're throwing 20"s on your fit! Go with some 15,16,or 17" wheels and you should be fine. Just follow the speed limit
Spend that money on some aftermarket parts for your fit!

Match the new wheel tire size to the old wheel tire size. Look for tire size calculators online. The one with the lowest percentage difference to stock is your best bet. Such as:
http://www.1010tires.com/TireSizeCalculator.asp
Base fit is
P175 / 65 R14 81S
Sport fit is
P195 / 55 R15 84H
Then match the proper tire size to your wheel size and that's that.
And then please put all these poorly worded questions into one thread so you don't muck up the forum, please?
