Default Throttle Body?

I have a skunk2 manifold with a 70mm skunk2 throttle body on my b20. My question is would it be better if I get a intake piping that's the same as the 70mm throttle body inlet for better flow

70mm is 2.75", so good luck finding something exactly that size.

The difference is completely unnoticeable. Don't worry about it.

A 3" intake tube is usually outside diameter anyways. Your gains would be unmeasurable, and not worth the time, effort, or money. Get a velocity stack / filter combo instead.
