hey h-t i just bought a b20b with the p8r head but yet the p8r head says p8r-11 i was just woundering is there a diffrens in all the p8r heads

When I bought my JDM B20B with a p75 head, the head was stamped "P75-11". Anyway, I bought a rebuilt head because the original one had a fried cam journal - the replacement I got was a P75-1.

Maybe they're casting codes for like mold number or production date or something. My assumption is that a -11 is just newer than a -1. Someone probably has done a write-up on head casting codes.

the dates stamped at the front. month/year.
it may be the manufacturing plant code. dunno. alls i know is that it doesn't make a difference

Year month day hour are the stamps in the circles on the head.

naw... that's in the circle part. has to be cast # or factory location or whatever.
