Well at least you have the jack, because it's CRV specific with that special extension. Otherwise is pretty much exactly a Civic one... the tools should be the same between the two IIRC.

Yeah I have a decent one in the cargo area. It's in one of the pics actually LOL. Great investment and paired with a plug kit it'll save you time and time again.

Yeah I'll tell you what though God forbid you ever have to try and use it on anything less than 100% level ground. I jacked the V up in the dealership lot to check for wobble in the wheel bearings and ball joints and the damn OEM jack nearly folded on me.

Only had one transmitter and wanted a second so I bought this on ebay and I'm shopping for a working transmitter with a busted up housing to shove inside.

Alpine CDE-9872 installed. Sounds so much better and has an AUX input on the front... and it was free from the parts civic. SCORE lol.

Gonna put a 10" RF P1 Punch sub in there. It's been sitting for YEARS. The new stereo sounds great but it needs bass LOL. Just trying to decide which amp to use with it.

Picked up a new mid-pipe for it today. The old one broke right before the rear hanger.

List included

18220-S10-A03 EXHAUST B PIPE
18393-SH3-S00 GASKET
18229-SNE-A01 GASKET
90212-671-005 10MM CAP NUT

While I was there I picked up

15400-PCX-004 S2000 OIL FILTER
94109-14000 CRUSH WASHER

Time for an oil change while I'm under there LOL.

Last time I just slid under the front. I didn't even pull the ramps out.

So the 90's Alpine headunit I had from the parts civic died on me LOL. The internal amp shuts down anytime I play it over 10 for about 12 minutes and won't come back on until it cools down.

I decided to SLIGHTLY upgrade.

I got a Pioneer AVH-X2800BS double din DVD/MP3/CD player with Bluetooth and a set of 4 Pioneer TS-A1686R 4-way 6.5"s to go with it. I'm probably gonna put a 10" RF P1 in the back to round it out.

I am excite.

I considered it but I haven't found a decent place I'd put it. The licence mounted ones would be off center and I'm not trying to cut OR have something that looks out of place... besides my neck still works LOL.

Meh...true story.

Backup camera makes life so much simpler though.

I think on my prius mine isn't centered either, but the FOV angle gives you plenty of sight.

Get creative and replace the rear washer nozzle that most people never use with a camera. Then you will have a nice, high, and full resolution view.

But... but... I DO use it LOL.

I'm not completely retiring the idea. Just not worried about it on initial install. It may be in the V's future down the road.

Just snagged a pretty well built cargo net for the rear. $25.00 NIB

The OME lift is next... unless this guy in the Mid Atlantic regional FS gets back to me about the OEM sport trim, OEM rear cargo cover, and NIB 50/50 tails I'm trying to buy off him. If he really wants to sell them he'll get back to me.

There is.... they're rare as ****. There's one now on ebay for $250

JDM Honda Access 97 01 Honda CRV Trunk Tonneau Cover RD1 RD2 RD3 Honda Access | eBay

There's a hard carpeted one that sits on top and is listed as a cargo shelf also. I prefer the tonneau style one but would love to have either.

wtf.

wow that's retarded expensive too. The fact that it just loops around the headrest studs, and snaps into the panels..you could easily replicate that with a bit of time and some canvas cloth...

All about those rare as **** OEM parts. LOL.

I'd kill for a EDM/JDM center console arm rest but I'm, not paying more than $250 so I'll have to be very patient.

My biggest gripe was not having a passenger side armrest. It's so stupid that it was an 'option'.

I'm on the lookout. There's a lot of em out there but I'm having a hard time finding the right color.

Side note I have 4 headrests in the zigzag pattern if anybody needs em.

I didn't realize the rear cargo cover was rare... I have one. Mine is gray and has the word "CRV" on it kinda big IIRC. That one on eBay looks new and comes with all the clips. Price isn't bad IMO, $300 shipped. So now you have me curious as I have never looked into it, do you have holes for one in your panels or do you have to drill them yourself?

Haha, whoops, nevermind... I looked at your first page, you have a perfect shot of your cargo area showing no holes. That one in the eBay listing is slightly different than mine. Mine doesn't have the snaps and uses 4 holes for 2 poles, but still utilizes the headrests.

Tossed a new battery in my remote and it still doesn't work...any ideas? 2000 crv?

******....I can't...I can't justify 250 for just a net. I'd rather have my dad knit one as if he were making a net for crabs and call it a day.
