Default ZC Fuel Pressure

Hey whats up everyone, i have a quick question. I have a DOHC ZC in my 1990 Civic Si and i have a B&M fuel pressure regulator, does anyone know whats the best fuels pressure i should run, i have a mustang 5.0 fuel pump, but i have yet to replace the stock fuel injectors or fuel rail, any suggestions would be helpful, thanks.

you also need a fuel pressure gauge, oem honda FP is 35-41. My zc hits 40 at WOT and around 32 at idle.

those psi #'s are 100% right on
