Re: H22 or K20 (iNDiO)
Here's a big thing you have to ask yourself: Do you have to smog the car? If so, forget the K20. It is IMPOSSIBLE to BAR a K20 in California. On the other hand, if you run the H22A with the proper P13 ECU and use all the proper smog gear, you can BAR it.

isnt there ONE bar'd k20 EG hatch in CA?
its not easy to do because of the returnless fuel system and immobolizer in the ECU. but i remember the guy saying something about swapping the gas tank, unchipped ECY, and full dashboard to bar the car.

There's also the issue of the header. The stock manfold won't fit. And I'm SURE there isn't a CARB approved piece available that will fit an ED/EF.

There is one in cali. If you search hard you will find it, was on here like a yr ago. He swap everything from a wreck rsx into a eg hatch, dash, full wiring, hardlines, gas tank, anything making the rsx run and some cosmectic stuff he swaped into the hatch. Bar and Carb legal, but once that was done i believe they swap in a k20a they had orginally for that car.

I also say h2b if you lack funds but get the k20 if money isn't an issue to you. They're performance will be very similar, besides the H making more torque

Re: H22 or K20
Go with the setup that you can afford to break!
If you can afford to replace broken parts on a k-series setup go for it..
Or else you'll be another one of those douches who go with a k-series just for the 'show' factor; spending a pile of cash just to baby the car.. :S
