Default Car Will Not Start Video Inside

I lost my DL and my car has been sitting for a few months. I went out today to start it up. Started fine ran for about 5 min and it started to sound ruff. Gave it some gas and it sounded like it had a miss fire and would not rev. It stalled out and I could not get it to start again. Also it sounds like its back firing out of the intake. Could my timing belt jump time? The belt did not break cause its still there. The car in question is a 1990 Honda Civic with a d15b2 DPFI.

Video of it trying to start.

Changed the plugs and no codes. I redid the timing belt and it seems like the belt is way to loose. Its causing the crank to turn before the cam shaft. The idle pulley is all the way out and can not go any tighter. I can move the crank by hand back and forward.

Update 2: I replaced the timing belt with a new one now its real tight. Still the same it cranks more now then before. Still no start. Could it be the dizzy how do they act when they start to fail?

Have you checked for spark or fuel?

Did you check the rotor screw in the distributor? It's a problem where it breaks and the rotor just stays still. Before you get into the timing belt

Its getting fuel cause when it back fires out the intake you can smell gas. Also the rotor turns when I crank it.

Definitely sounds like a timing issue.

Pulled all the spark plugs out and had them hooked up. Had someone crank the motor and only the plug closes to the dizzy is sparking. The other 3 do nothing at all.
