Castrol conventional oil and a Wix filter.
fyi, Mobil 1, K&N filters are basically Fram. I've seen cut-outs. don't waste your money. Wix is the way to go. You can even youtube it.

Most oil filters look the same inside, it's about the way it's filtered and the material that filters it.

I'll admit, the K&N are better than most, including Mobil 1. Mobil filters are overrated and they just bank on their oil being top notch.

Re: What Oil Do You Use??
wtf are you saying??? lol thats 100% false.
royal purple sells 100% synthetic filters i still find them the best
me personally i use honda 10w30 oil and filter straight from the dealer running daily on my 314whp ls-vtec all day without any problems just keep up on changes (every 1-2k) and itl run perfect
5 quarts of 10w30 amsoil/filter =70$
5 quarts of 10w30 honda/filter =25$
5 quarts of 10w30 royal/mobil/filter =around 60$
and btw mobil 1 isn't a full-synthetic just search.

I just mean the study of the material and the quality, the way it's treated, etc. used to work at an auto parts shop and a guy with all the cut-outs and info came in.

HEADS-UP HEADS-UP HEADS-UP
BTW: I run the following:
M1 5w20 - 04 Honda Pilot w/ 100k miles (will be switching to 0w20 soon)
M1 5w30 High Mileage - 89 CRX Si w/ 218k miles (no leaks)
M1 5w20 - 05 Acura TL 6spd 64k miles (just switched to 0w30 in to see if I loose mpgs)
M1 0w30 - 94 Civic CX w/ 170k miles & 97 JDM ITR motor
Autozone now has a coupon for $10 off 5qt+ jugs or 5 individual qts of mobil-1 oil.
http://www.mobiloil.com/USA-English/MotorOil/Files/Mobil_1_$10_off_Coupon_at_Autozone.pdf
And if that's not good enough for you, you may be able to use the coupon at Walmart. The register clerks told me they couldn't take the coupon since it's not in Walmart's system, but their manager had no problem doing an ad-match to make it work $10 off. Certainly doesn't hurt to ask.
I just picked up two jugs (10qts) for only $34 with tax.
