dont know about glendale. but i do know of one near alhambra near csla. right where the 710 ends if u are going north, cant miss it. its a recycling yard and i got my car checked there. my 95 dx came in at 2440. b16/ac/spare tire/full inerior.

Look in the phone book for some kind of shipping or trucking company and call up a few until you find one with a scale that they'll let you use for free.
