Need to drill it out, or a die/tap kit maybe?
If your that clueless about the situation, i would go to a oil-change shop somewhere, and let them look at it. If i were you, id start looking for a used oilpan.

Are you aware that craftsmen makes stripped bolt removers? Doesnt even matter if its a ciricle, the way they work is that the teeth dig-in, id try that before doing anything else.

easier solution.. Get a hold of a grinding wheel and cut a screwdriver type slot into the head of the bolt. Then, remove the bolt.

the problem is that the pans metal scrapes molded to the ring of the plug

If I was to get an replacement oil pan would a eg d15 pan work?
I got a replacement plug from an DA b18 integra 17mm but will it fit perfectly?

Thanks in advance
