Slow/weak cranking after clutch change. What's the culprit?
Did a clutch change a few days ago and ever since then my car has been cranking really weak and takes quite a few cranks to start up now. Before the clutch change it was cranking really string and well. I am certain it is not the battery because why would it all of a suddent go weak after a clutch change when it was running just fine before?

Check the ground on the thermostat housing and check the wires on the starter. It sounds like the starter isn't getting the proper voltage...

Just checked the grounds on the starter to see if they were loose as well as the tranny ground. Still cranking a lot weaker than it used to. I will try checking the thermostat ground tomorrow.

Well I checked the grounds, pulled the starter and bolted it back in. 2 out of 6 times it cranked normally. Would an improper flywheel resurface cause this? Or is my starter going out?

sounds like a voltage issue. an improper finnish on the surface would at most cause chatter on engagement.

Ahh. I guess it's time to pick up one of those voltage/current readers.
