shaking problem
today on my 96 b16 civic i changed both axles and the rear motor mount. i started driving the car and everything was fine until like 5min into the drive that the car started to shake real bad when i would accelerate. i double checked the lug nuts and axle bolt and they were tight. what could be causing this?
btw the axles and mount are brand new

Re: shaking problem
Tire alignment? Wheel balancing? What kind of shaking is it, is it a body shake, a wheel shake, does it happen when your pressing on the accelerator, or just when your crusing?
I'd look at your other motor mounts, and double check your axels. Something might have failed, or broke again.

Re: shaking problem
is the vibration in the seat or the steering wheel? if the seat, start checking nuts and bolts on the front half of the car, if the steering wheel then check the rear.
