Sagging door fabric - want to keep original fabric if possible

Sagging door fabric - want to keep original fabric if possible
So my door fabrics have sagged in the middle part between the top armresty area and the bottom and i was wondering how could i fix it and make it straight again? Would it be possible to keep my original fabric? Thanks
