I dont know what happened but i put in the radiator, and then i'm driving down the street and some kids run out and i touch the horn button and NOTHING!! I had to slam on brakes cuz they dumb **** kids never even looked before crossing the street. Is the fuse for the horn under the steering column or under the hood. I dont have the diagram cuz when these **** heads tried to steal my car they took my diagram that tells what the fuses are for. I need this horn working so i can pass inspection this week
