OK, so first off its a 96 civic hatchback w/ a b20vtec swap. Here's everything i've check'd;
-ecu fuse check'd
-dizzy new
-spark good
-timing good
-fuel pump replaced
-fuel pump fuse (good)
-main relay replaced
-ground wires checked
-no check engine light
-no power to fuel pump * not sure how to fix*
whats causing me to get no power to my fuel pump but im hearing my main relay click when started?!?!? im stump'd!!!

Re: (SpoonEk253)
run direct power to your pump and see if it starts to prime if not you may have a blown pump if it does maybe a bad connection or ground i had a killswitch and if the wires cane off the switch it would just click also check your fuses as they may also be a culprit

check all your fuses it could be more than one and the ground i believe is attached to the frame of your car near the driver side seat just follow it from the pump see where it brings you

Anybody want to give the technical term for a main relay? Whats it listed as on the fuse box cover. Just wondering because I'm having the exact same problem.

There are two relay's inside the main relay. At first I was thinking that perhaps the one that supplies battery voltage to the fuel pump isn't being triggered by the ECU. OBD2 Civic's used A16 but I do know some Integra's used A15. So I was going to ask which ECU you're using, but you said the car has been running with its current setup (correct?).
Since you've replaced damn near everything in the chain, you need a meter (and Helms) to start finding where the voltage disappeared.

It's a relay...not a fuse.

yea but he stated it primes with direct power from the battery so its obviously working just fine its either a prob with a relay to the pump

That doesn't mean too much, when he supplied the fuel pump w/ direct power he overrode the relay, that's not saying the relay works when you go around it.

Re: (SpoonEk253)
Check your ground on your thermostat housing. Other than that it sounds like you checked everything except your ecu. I had the exact probelm and it turned out my ecu went bad.
