If neither the hazards nor turn signals work, I don't think the problem is the button. Probably a relay, a wire somewhere or the bulbs have burned out.

If it's not the switch itself, pull off your gauge cluster and make sure the plug is inserted.
Just another idea "just in case."

Re: civic turn signals and hazards dont work.
i have a 99 ek and my turn signals wont work, my running lights come on, and i have no fuses blown, i am missing my hazard light fuse in my engine bay fuse box, but if that was the issue then they would have never worked, also my blinker signals on my cluster dont blink, any connection or is that just because the blinkers wont work. ive checked my relay and nothing is alarming, ive never messed with it before. Any ideas why my blinkers wont work but my running lights do?

my friend had the same problem, we checked the wiring behind the dash, replaced all the fuses but in the end found out it was the fuse box, altho the fuses were good, they werent completly connected.. hope this helped
