Do you know if it's possible to attach fog lights to them? I don't see any place where I could screw some in. Especially due to it being fiber glass

Not OEM style fog lights, no. You might be able to fit some generic things in there, but you'll have to figure out how to mount it.

Find the nearest point sturdy enough to handle the weight of whatever generic lights you get, and fabricate a bracket.

How well does Fiberglass hold up? Seems like it'll break pretty easy. Also will need some holes for my license plate.

As with most things, there are different quality levels of fiberglass, and we don't really have any realistic way of telling you the quality of your specific fender, since we don't know where it came from. Fiberglass is pretty easy to work with, though, you just have to be slow and careful.
