How did you test the brake light fuse? Which fuse did you test? Post pictures.

Why don't you have a horn? What was done to remove it?

The wire that runs from the hood fuse box to the brake light switch on the pedal seems to be broken. Locate the break or run a new wire.

Could be your brake light switch. I just had to replace mine on my Integra. Super easy to replace and ran about $25. It is located at the top of your brake pedal.

Yeah you have a bad wire somewhere then. Do you know how to do a continuity test?

I would get a manual so you can have a proper wiring diagram and go from there, just trace the diagram with a continuity test and you should be able to find your problem.
