Default Ahh lost my helms. 2 torque questions.
Mains for a B18B1. and the cam cap specs for a GSR. Thanks guys!

LS mains: 56ft/lbs

vtec cam caps have 2 specs:
the 8 on the very outside (in/ex are 7.2ft/lbs
the rest are 20ft/lbs
