Got a better connection. Getting 1.8v when clutch is pressed. 11.9v when clutch is out.

Well since the switch is way up in the dash i followed the wires and cut them. Wrapped both black wires around one of multimeter lead and both blue on the other lead.

The clutch pedal starter switch has only two wires: Blu/Blk and Blk.

If you cut the wires off the switch connector, then the pedal should have no effect on the voltage readings.

I know. I followed them and they go directly under the steering column. I cut both the blue/black and black between the switch and where they enter the wire harness. I then connected the black lead from the switch and the harness to the negative multimeter lead. Same with the blue/black wire only to the positive multimeter lead

Either way i got the voltage when the clutch is out and when its pressed in the ON (lll) position. Next step?

Cutting the wires seems a bit drastic. You'll need to repair them now. When you do, move to the starter and test whether battery voltage reaches the solenoid wire with key in ON(III) and pedal depressed.

So multimeter from signal wire to ground?

Don't know what you mean by signal, so let's be unambiguous and call it the solenoid wire.

Where the positive multimeter lead is, is what i refer to as the signal wire. I put the negative multimeter lead on a ground. Read 4.5v

Again, the starter has two (+) wires attached. What's the wire color and size?

It is not a positive wire. Its a black/white wire that goes into the engine wire harness.

You need to learn as we move along. Two (+) wires and no/zero/zilch ground wires attach to the starter. The Blk/Wht wire is for the solenoid. You should be reading battery voltage there. The fact that you're not reveals the problem.

So since its not reading battery voltage then its my ignition right?

Unplug connector C101 and measure voltage at pin 9 (Blk/Red wire) of the female side connector with the key in ON(III) and the pedal depressed. What's the reading?

Does the starter crank with key and pedal if you run a wire from the C101 Blk/Red wire to the solenoid?

Try the Blk/Red wire jump again. The starter should crank if the wire has 12.1V.

nothing happens. i dont hear my fuel pump prime or my main relay click either. im just supposed to leave the connector unplugged and run a wire from pin 9 to the solenoid wire right?

Key in ON(III), pedal depressed. Does the starter crank with Blk/Red jumped to solenoid?

Retest voltage on the wire under those conditions.
