2000 Civic EX catalytic converter...

About to move from Texas to just Outside Denver CO, will need a new cat to pass emissions.. Where could I purchase one that will do the job without breaking me... moving is already trying to do that...

I'm pretty sure it's not there at all. (test pipe) Old cat' was completely plugged.. badly.
