I believe the Rotrex kits come from Jackson Racing. There might be clearance issues with the engine compartment but overall they should be good to fit.

The only EP3 kit I am aware of was in fact produced by Jackson Racing years ago, but it was not a Rotrex based kit. It came with an Eaton based design. Since I am in the US, I have never actually seen the FN2 engine bay, although one can assume that it has great similarity to the USDM 8th gen Civic Si engine bay, so I am not sure how to direct you. Since you are located on the Eastern side of the Atlantic pond, have you considered discussing this with the supercharger guru's at TTS ???
The Rotrex supercharger is a vastly superior design over the older Eaton based supercharger... you should really consider the newer technology.

Attempting to use any FI kit that wasn't meant for your car, but was design for a similar engine, will probably require some modifications to the engine bay or to the kit itself. Minor modifications.

JR Rotrex systems are available for the K20 engine. A Hondata reflash would be required and so on and so forth. The FN2 chassis is a hatchback and the engine bay would be closer in dimension to the EP3 so figment of the Rotrex kit shouldn't be much concern.

If you want a quality purpose built supercharger, CT Engineering has a kit for the 8th Gen Civic Si. It includes the Hondata reflash and all of the necessary parts. They also have other upgrades.

97emsedan, Jackson Racing does NOT show any "K" series application/fitment on it's website. You may be confusing Kraftwerks with Jackson Racing... Kraftwerks does in fact market a "K" series Rotrex based system, and it was designed while Oscar Jackson (of Jackson Racing) was part of the Kraftwerks group.
So 97emsedan, why do you believe the non-intercooled roots supercharger based systems (like the kit offered by CT Engineering) is the superior choice ???

Just to add... Oscar Jackson designed the kit for Kraftwerk. He was made a partner of Kraftwerks but needed to sell Jackson Racing. Jackson Racing was sold to a British company.
Oscar Jackson was screwed by his main partner (which I won't name) at Kraftwerk's and was forced out. He left and was able to make an agreement to get 50% of Jackson Racing back. Since he has started developing rotrex kits...
