if anyone wants those JDM 03 and 05 chins i'll be willing to look for a fedex and or a UPS or other shipping companies to get it there well of course you guys have to pay for it!

It's not in Europe. Take a look at EM2_UK#1's car. Looks just like the US' bumper.

that bumper and lip is for an 01-03. I think you'd have to change your headlights, fenders and hood.
with modification the fogs might fit...not too sure about the lip. If you have to order it from Asia it would really bite if nothing fit. Maybe the phillipines crew can share some insight about the fitting those fogs and lip on a 04-05 coupe.
