Wheel Vibrations after transmission rebuild

Wheel Vibrations after transmission rebuild
I just had my transmission rebuilt on a 2001 Civic, less than 500 miles ago. When I drive it there's an intermittant vibration coming from the the passenger front end. It happens when I reach 40 mph. The vibration is like running over the man made grooves along the highway that are intended to keep you awake should you vear off the highway. Any idea what this is? Did my transmission guy put it back together wrong? Thanks!!

Re: Wheel Vibrations after transmission rebuild
Do you feel it in the steering wheel, or through your seat?
Have you had the alignment checked?
What condition are the tires in? Is it possible that one has gone out-of-round since the rebuild?
Have you checked the transmission mount? What about the axle(s) ?
