Sticky left front Brake Caliper
I've been having some issues with my left front brake caliper sticking with the piston of the caliper (and of course brake pad) compressed.
It's not a full lock-up and the car can definately move with the caliper stuck in a compressed position...but after moderate to highway speed driving the whole left front brake assembly heats up quite hot and even gets my rim hot to the touch.
I have noticed some black gum-like substance on the caliper and brake line in the past but never thought anything of it. I have not lost any significant amount of brake fluid either. The brake lines appear normal and are not swelled, leaking or anything abnormal.
So...how the hell do I correct this because I know it can't be the safest condition to be driving under, and its just plain annoying...
