a/c blower fan clicking
i have always lived in the land of the prelude with honda and do not know much about known issues with civics. my fiance has an 04 civic and we are having issues with the blower fan clicking when turning on a/c or anything like that. in the lowest fan speed setting it is a quiet, very consistent clicking like a bad bearing, when going to higher fan settings, will click very loud.
i have figured out through searching that perhaps there are issues with the transistors, but anything with the actual fan known to have issues? anyone ever have this?

Re: a/c blower fan clicking (jdmlude_dude)
This problem has developed in my car recently as well. I have a 2004 EX and I run the AC constantly. Now the car is 4 years old and its safe to say that the cabin fan has been running non-stop whenever the car has been on. So I wasn't surprised when I started hearing this clicking noise that varied with the speed of the fan.
If this is an easy fix I'd love to know so I can take care of it, but I have a feeling it involves removing/disassembling the air box so I've been putting it off.
