For those with the OEM front lip installed... exactly HOW much lower does it hang than the original bumper? Id like to install mine, but dont want it to get torn to pieces as my car is pretty low (not tucking tire, but cannot fit a finger between tire and wheel well... flush).

like an inch. mine is pretty low too, i haven't broken it or anything, just a bunch of scrapes. mainly on driveways...

Your car looks very similar to mine in ride height, and we are both on 16s.

Thanks for the image... but it is giving me a feeling that it might hang a bit low. Do you DD with the car like that?

yea, i have 205/45/16 sized tires, and i'm going to get 215/50/16 soon and raise it a bit. but i've been DDing it like that for about 3 months.

Im on 215/45/16s, so not much difference.

How has the lip held up? Scrapes/scratches underneath/etc? To be honest, I have this annoying little scratch on my stock bumper right on the bottom from a stray rock in the road, and wanted to cover it with the lip... but I have a feeling the lip wont last long on my car.

Edit: And I might add, a very a good lookin car you have there. 95% of EM2s I see are butt *** ugly.

im not as low as you guys b/c of my 17's ..which will be for sale soon ...dropping to 16 but i have just a couple scrapes ...its not that much lower



and bad pic but pretty even w/ oem sides....
