What the average ball range price you willing to pay for? 02 4 dr with full k20 rsx type s with kpro. lower with tein. That about it. Everything else is stock.
Clean title, 140k on sell. Lx trim.

Any suggest what should I look at when I'm there in person?
He do not have any paper work on the swap. Should I just pass on it? How can I verify it the real deal kpro?

I was looking into one, just want to know what the price range now adays. Car look like it has some small basic bolt on. Nothing to crazy. body look pretty clean.

As for K-Pro, just ask to see the ECU. If its got a USB port on it (Female B-Type port), then its probably got K-Pro attached to the mainboard.

Depending on where you live; having the paperwork on the engine is a major part of legalizing the car (and maintaining its legality). So, you may want that information.

I cant help but feel like its a bad idea buying a used car with an engine swap. Either one of 2 things happened...he fried the old engine from driving the hell out of it, or the old engine wasnt giving him enough power while he was driving the hell out of it and wanted something more.
How much do you know about the owner/car? Tracked it regularly? Any way of verifying actual mileage on the engine? Any way of verifying the quality of work?
I guess 5g really isnt really that off the wall, but still sounds like a headache waiting to happen. Theres just too many unknowns. Why not look at something that comes stock with a K. Used rsx's can be found all day on autotrader and the likes for around that price range.
