i wanted to know in more detail about its low redline/short gear tranny combo. do u think its even comfortable enough to dd like that,without using an ls 5th gear or a shoter geared tranny all together?

what exactly is the redline,6xxx?
with the powerband being so "short" would you say it'd be a disadvantage against a higher revving motor with similar power output? (how about if u were using a tranny with a bit longer gears,like gsr) or is the b20s powerband just that good?

anyways,sorry for all the questions. theres not much b20 NON VTEC info out,or at least I havent been any able to find much as far as driving impressions go. No one around my area is running it,so I have no idea what to expect if I take on this route. My other options would just be ls or b16,but I'd like to be able to "perform like" or "keep up" with gsrs with minor work.
