Looks pretty clean, but, how in the hell can anybody drive around every day in a car that low, especially on crappy michigan roads?

Re: My Ce1 Accord wagon
Could you define "know how to drive" for me? Does it have something to do with magically filling in pot holes and regrading entrances to parking lots?
I could have sworn I figured out how to drive 30+ years ago. I must have slept through the part where they showed you how to levitate your ride over road imperfections. Or maybe it was just that nobody was dumb enough to drive something with 2 inches of ground clearance anywhere other than a race track back then.
Even if they are teaching it to kids these days, some still haven't caught on because I regularly watch guys drag various bits pulling into parking lots on a regular basis.
Guess they can't drive either.

hmm... well, common sense says to not drive over pot holes and random imperfections in the road with a lowered car, and especially one with very low ground clearance. cars were also made with brakes for a reason, one of them being so you can slow down over shittier stuff without bottoming out and such. also, scraping a bumper or lip while entering a parking lot or driveway isnt the end of the world.
May I suggest putting away your smart-*** attitude away for a moment?
Simply put, commone sense would also tell you that not all roads are equal, that some roads cannot be avoided, that in certain situations you will scrape no matter how slow or careful you are, and that some people like to take better care of their cars than you. Maybe in your area you can avoid scraping, but it someone else's area that may not be possible.
To the OP,
Not my cup of tea, but your wagon is clean nonetheless.

Whatever. It's your money.
I just can't imagine that driving around with the constant worry that you might rip something loose going over a bump is much fun.

So, you're gonna go out and spend $$$$$ for a bunch of ground effects stuff, then just shrug every time you grind a bit of it off?
Whatever. It's your money.

but i guess you guys are right, having a low car is such a horrible idea. i guess ill just put my stock suspension back in so i dont have to worry about hitting a bump or scraping the bottom of my bumper because thats such a bad thing to do and such a waste of money.

Re: My Ce1 Accord wagon
sketch,
You've completely missed the point. It's not so much about scraping or not, but your attitude towards other people. The air dam on my Vette scrapes on virtually any incline, no matter what angle I take it at. And that's BEFORE I lowered it.
We never said anything to the likes of "it's a horrible idea to lower your car" or anything being a waste of money.
As I said, it's about your immaturity and attitude towards other people more than anything else. Your response more than proved my point. Thank you.

CLEAN Wagon man.. Selling those wheels anytime soon?
Guys please stop ruining the thread with your interwebs debate on driving a lowered car.. If it was so hard to drive being that low id imagine we would see all kinds off scuff marks and a broken front lip and side skirts.. Yea it happens but thats just apart of the car hobby.. Riding low..

Dude what a beautiful car. I personally have a 95 accord wagon. I love the rear stance. What are you running for suspension?
We should chat. I want to know more about your wagon.

Re: My Ce1 Accord wagon
is this the Black w/ Grey Int. wagon? If so, I hate you LOL JK!
I've been looking for one for ages but it either wasn't the right price or I just couldn't find any at that moment.
The body's lookin clean man and you are right, wheels can make or break the car. GL on your search.
