Default Soft and spongy brake pedal for 96 Honda Accord EX

My 1996 Honda Accord EX car has soft and spongy brake pedal problem when the weather become warm. But the brake pedal feeling is harder when the weather is cold. Does reflush brake fluid and bleed brake line air will fix this problem? Should the master cylinder to be replaced at same time? Thanks a lot!

if it still happens after you bleed em, you might want to try a new master cylinder. or get new rubber brake hoses.

Try the flush and bleed first, cheapest way to go.
