Rough Idle Only!
I drive a 1992 Honda Accord EX (F22A6 Auto)
On my way home from work today, as I came to a stop at the third traffic light, my car started shaking. Not violently, but enough to notice. No strange noises, just a little shaky/jumpiness. I shifted from D4 into Neutral, which raised the idle temporarily and got rid of the problem. Then, it idled back down to around 800 rpm and began to shake again. I didn't notice a lack of power, it doesn't seem to do it when I'm accelerating or coasting, just when I'm stopped and the car is at idle.
In the last 3 weeks, I've done the following: Replaced O2 Sensor (with Denso unit), replaced Fuel Filter, Replaced PCV valve*, Oil & Filter Change**, Checked FITV adjustment.
*The PCV Valve didn't fit into the hose very tight, which I fixed by gently tightening a hose clamp around the hose. I noticed in the last week that there is oil residue laying on the top of the PCV Valve.
**I just did the Oil & Filter change about 600 miles ago (5 days). In an experiment to see if Conventional "Premium Valvoline" Dino Oil leaked any slower than the Syn-Blend that leaks less than the Full-Syn stuff, I'm running the regular conventional with a Honda filter instead of the Syn-Blend I drained out or the Full-Syn I'd used before that.
It seemed like the engine was misfiring on one cylinder. It wasn't irregular or random, the pulsation had a constant beat that followed a similar pattern to the usual valvetrain noises (I once read on this forum that "Noisy valves are happy valves" in the Honda CB7 world, and the noises mine make are no different than any other F22A motor I've ever heard.
So, my question to you is, what could be my problem and are there any troubleshooting steps I can take?
Thanks so much for your help! Honda-Techites have saved me on so many occasions.

Re: Rough Idle Only!
Did you notice any change in the way the car drove under acceleration or transitions between accel/deccel/coast? A worn engine or transmission mount might cause a vibration at idle to the the natural tendency for an engine to be less balanced at lower rpm's.
Is your idle lower than normal?
Is your air filter clean and the intake system clear of restrictions?
honda22b18 mentioned components of the ignition system. take your distributor cap off and inspect the cap and rotor (or post up pictures)
Has the headgasket been replaced?
A blown head gasket can cause a misfire on just one cylinder.

Re: Rough Idle Only!
Does the car emit a strange odour shortly after shut down?
How many miles does the Cat Converter have under its belt?
My Euro R has the same fault you describe and I believe its the Cat thats causing the rough idle, perhaps this could be your problem?
