Default OBDII Codes?

'01 V6 Accord threw the 401 code along with the TCS light illuminating. 1,000 miles later, same code plus a new one, 1491. TCS light comes on after car is warmed up and 401 code keeps coming back. The 1491 code now stays on all the time.

Any suggestions?

I do most of my own maintenance and any help is appreciated.

Codes that wont go away usually say there is an open or shorted sensor or wireing.
