95 Honda Accord bumper removal
I am having major issues with removing the front bumper on my 95 Accord. I am trying to change my headlights, and per what ive read and seen on videos, in order to remove the headlight, i have to remove the bumper first. Well, underneath the headlight, there are TWO screws (for each headlight, total of 4) that i cant removed because the headlight is in the way, and so in turn i cant remove the bumper either. All the other screws are off the bumper, and its ready to come off, i just need to figure out how to take these screws out from underneath the headlights..... please help me. i have no idea what to do

Exactly. i know i need to take off the bumper in order to take the light off, but i cant removed the bumper because honda decided to put two screws under each headlight that i cant take off because there is no room. the headlights are taking up all the space. i looked in the FAQ's and i didnt see the forum i needed to remove this bumper. do you have any idea of how to get these screws off??

I have a 97, but I believe they are the plastic "screw" things lol. The same ones that you have directly under the grill and on each side under the corner lights. I never took my headlights off, I just got a flat tip under there and broke the heads off. Now I can take my bumper on and off with ease anytime in addition. If you want to do it right, I am not sure how to, this is how I have done it and many others. In case you are wondering, its been close to a year, and I scrape my lip all the time, bumper has never pulled off in any way shape or form. Plus my passenger side is only on by a zip tie, so in other words, if you do it this way, you shouldn't have a problem

There's a screw on each side of the bumper where it meets the fender, after you remove those take out the bumper lights, then get a 12mm ratchet with a long extension - there's 2 bolts behind where each bumper light was, on the core support there's what looks like a black "block" that seperates them, it's part of the bumper support, remove these bolts then slide the bumper down so it falls off the alignment bolt and then pull out. Done. Re-installation is reverse, just make sure you push the bumper support flush with core support, then up into the alignment bolt or it won't be aligned right.
