what are my options?
seeing that my previous thread was a little too specific and no one replied, i thought maybe i'd broaden up the discussion. sorry in advance if there are other threads like this. i know you guys hate that hehe. please link me to them if that's the case.
i drive a 95 lx 5 spd. stock f22b2, aem short ram intake, headers, and custom cat back exhaust. i dont have the money for the usual h22 swap or turbo setup, but i'm interested in working under the hood a bit. what could i do for a project and more power? i'm not all about top speed and drag times, just a quick daily driver with good handling.
i should also mention that my motor has 156k on it and its a heap of rust. i was considering the possibility of an f22b1 swap which i can get from a nearby junkyard for around $400, and build that up. i'm open to any other options. thanks

Re: what are my options?
you really don't have any options ... intake/header/exhaust are the basic's for hp gains ... once you do that there really isn't anything left to do besides internal engine work which is far from cheap ...

Y would u spend $400 on that awful motor
When you could get an H22 for $750, and a P13 for like $100
Save up a little longer + make the right move.
To hold u over for now, I *think* the H23 intake manifold will work for you... and it will make very nice power. It's good for like 20WHP on F22As
