Most likely cause of fuel leak??? 94 Accord
94 Accord, just over 240K now, f22b2. Its slow dripping from the fuel tank area, near the plastic guard on the drivers side of the tank. I can still drive the car with no ill effect on fuel delivery so I am thinking vent line?
There are half a dozen hoses up there based on the diagram, but it could also be a pump gasket or something random. It is down to a quarter of a tank now and still will slow drip if that helps.
Is there something common that goes bad?
Thanks!

Yes, definitely a tank drop. I was just wondering if there is a "common" culprit on 18 year old but otherwise well taken care of Hondas.
As long as its not a rusted through hard line. That would be a PITA.

Does it only drips when the fuel pump is pumping, or is it a constant drips regardless of you pumping gas in gas station and/or car running?

If it were me, I wouldn't care which hose that is the culprit. If I have to drop the tank for a hose leak, they are all getting replaced right up to the hoses at the engine. All the hoses the same age and one starts leaking, that's my cue to get them all done and be done with it.

It drips for awhile after the pump has primed and eventually stops. I found out why yesterday, the main hard line from the fuel filter up front to the junction by the tank had corroded to the point of failure, right by the tank. The GOOD news: it will not require a tank drop now (winter), as I believe I can "simply" replace the hard line. (~$85 from Honda)
I guess 18 years is a pretty good run for a steel fuel line in the salt/rust belt. There is crusted salt all over the tank and parts up there.
Thanks for the replies!

Fun Fact: My failed fuel line carried some 8000 gallons of fuel to my engine over its life time, it will be missed... And on a more depressing note, that about 27,000 dollars worth of fuel at todays prices!
