will 98 accord ex brake master cylinder fit a 96 accord?

I'm not sure on it however since I'm guessing you're going used a remanufactured one from like Advanced Auto (or similar) is only like $50 + your core. And would obviously fit.

yeah only reason is because i have a 98 parts car on my driveway and its free you know. i dont really wanna try and it doesnt fit then i have to bleed the brakes and all that jazz for nothing. just trying to get some ideas.

If it's the F23 it seems size wise they're the same 1" but they look quite different. That's based off Advanced Auto's website.

if i recall correctly, the 98-02 brake master cylinder has different connections than the 94-97 does. The 94-97 just have regular screw in style while the 98-02 gets pushed in and then held in place with a cotter pin.

didnt see any cotter pins when i took it out. looks like it would fit
