Default immobilizer problems

i just did an f20b swap on my 99 accord. i can start my engine up with my f23a1 ecu but can't with my f20b ecu. i was told it has something to do with the immobilizer so i pop open the ecus up and found out that the ecu for the f20b doesn't have a immobilizer chip in it. does anyone know a way to bypass my immobilizer at my key column so it won't be asking for a immobilizer code from my ecu???
