Default Honda No Start (replaced a lot of parts)

I have a 91 Honda Accord DX 2.2L with a no start issue I have replaced my fuel pump, fuel filter, distributor cap, rotor button, main fuel replay, spark plugs, and wires. I have cleaned my fuel injectors, I get spark, I have power to my fuel injectors. A little back story on the car my TCM has been going bad I have not replaced that, I have not looked at the timing belt because I can get it to fire when I spray starter fluid in the air filter so I have not checked compression either, car has 154k mile and I keep up with oil changes. What can I do?

Where you can get it to fire with starter fluid that is a sign of a no fuel issue. Now you have already replaced the pump and filter. Are you getting gas to the fuel rail?

As far as power @ the injectors. In Honda fuel injection systems the injectors are grounded through the ECU. You can have power at the injectors and still not fire due to the connection to or issues with the ECU. No connection or signal from the ECU would cause you to have no injector pulse, aka no fuel. If you get your noid tester and find that there are no signs of any pulse. You will want to start looking at checking the wiring from the injectors to the ECU and/or testing the ECU by replacing it with one that works.
