What year accord is it. If it's a 4th gen I had the same problem the only thing that worked for me was to go to the yard and get another harness for the lights just the part that connects to the bulbs; or just take the light out of the spedo. But u will just have to check your lights every so often to keep the fuzz off ya.

i agree with Superslow. On my 96 Accord coupe, the brake light on the dash was on. I told my mom to press the brake pedal for me and turns out the bulb was out. Weird!

Quick test for the brake fluid level sensor, take the cap off and turn it upside down so the float goes to the cap. That light BETTER be off then!
FWIW I've had several people say their brake fluid level is okay, but they are seeing a 'scum' line on the inside of the reservoir; It's best to take the cap off to check the fluid level.

We need the original poster to say which brake warning lamp.
One warning lamp is for handbrake & brake fluid.
Another warning lamp is for burned-out brakelights in back.
I wonder which one he's got? I'm guessing it's the handbrake/fluid warning since he started out talking about the handbrake.
