Default H22 Knock Sensor

I'm doing a H22a swap into my accord pretty soon. I bought the engine and some of the sensors are broken(map, knock sensor, TPS, etc.) All the important ones, just my luck like always.
Anyways, h22 KS's are $140 new from the sites I have looked at. I Don't want to spend that much and I don't want to bypass.

I've read somewhere that all Honda KS's are universal, is that true?
Also, if that is true, what Honda's have them? Thinking maybe I could hit up the junk yard. xD

If not true,
Anyone have one for sale? :D

The 94-95 F22B1 USDM Accords don't use a knock sensor.

Go to the dealer, buy one for an 03 Odyssey. They are about $35 They fit, they work, I have one on my Euro-R H22, Dont ask me why they are so inexpensive.

Would an F23A7 knock sensor detect the same pre-ignition knock vibrations as the H22 knock sensor? Could that be why all the DOHC knock sensors are more expensive? Or is it a Honda high performance DOHC money grab thing?

B16A, B18C1/5, H23A, H22A1,A4 plus many more that are mentioned above will all work. I re-used my old TPS and MAP from my F22. The MAP is mounted on top of the TB on my H22 since its a 96 OBD2.

You're probably on track with the "money grab" idea. But I think I know why Ody knock senors are less expensive. Honda had a problem with rodents chewing on the knock sensors and wiring of V6 Accords and Odysseys. Under warranty no less. Honda was obligated to repair most of these problem cases. So, to keep costs down, Honda lowered the price of the knock sensor! I witnessed the price drop. Its almost criminal.
