91 Honda Accord No fuel at rail.
I have a 91 honda accord that was running (but weak) and replaced the f22a motor in it.
Trying to start it I found that the fuel pump is not running so as i did a few years ago i replaced the pump relay from under the dash and the pump still wont run. is there anything else other than droping my tank and replacing the pump i can check?

The fuel pump connector can be accessed from inside the trunk i think.

where is the ground to the intake located? and will that keep my #2 fuse from getting power? #2 is a good 30 amp fuse but it has no power to it with key on or off.

Ok Just to sum this all up! If a ground is a ground that is not attatched any where that is supposed to be it can be a nightmare. I found my ground under the distriitor that connects under a large wire support. hooked it up and started right up. I want to thank everyone that helped and thank you for Honda-Tech for being here online. will keep this posted to help others with this problem.
