Re: Front Bumper Lenses
Yes, it can be done. This has been asked several times before and usually each time it was The Muffinman with the info. on how to do it.
Try searching under Muffinman's posts and see if you can find it, or wait for the Muffinman to answer. If I find his post, I'll post it.

SG? Don't know who they are...
If you have the JDM Stanleys or DEPO's they're the H1 (I'm guessing that's what you have?) If they are HID's you probably want the wiring harness for them (though I wouldn't recommend using HIDs in those headlights)
If they are just halogen bulbs I wouldn't sweat it.

100W?!
That seems absolutely ridiculous. You are going to melt the damn housing with that probably. Those projectors do not have decent output. Going back to stock headlights would give you better light output. Sylvania Silverstars are 65W max. I wouldn't go any higher than that.

If you really want the best - Retrofit them
I never got around to doing it to my car but wanted to - you retrofit HID projectors into your housing and can then use HID lights. Awesome light output and you maintain the clean cutoff - so the light doesn't blind anyone.
Here's one a guy just had done (nuckinfutz95lx) with 4 projectors

Wow, those look so nice, is there anyone doing this mod where like I could mail the headlights and have it done? I mean I could do it on my own but someone has more experince would be better, and I like the look of the high and low beam, also mine is the cb9 with glass lenses

Re: Front Bumper Lenses
Yes/No
If you pay someone to do it completely for you without supplying parts. Yes it will be costly.
If you shop around and read up how it's done (There are several How-To's around) you can do it for pretty much nothing other than your time.
