Doors automatically unlock every 5 seconds

Doors automatically unlock every 5 seconds
Accord 98 Coupe ES V6
Good afternoon everyone, I am having a very strange issue and need advise. My Accord doors automatically unlock. I lock the door and every 5 seconds it will unlock automatically. You hear the clicking noise as if when you open the door every 5 seconds. Even if the door is unlocked, you still here the clicking sound like if its trying to unlock.
I turn off the car and lock and close the door. Then when I return the doors are unlocked.
Why will the doors not stay locked? Please help. Thank you.

sounds like a short in the locking system...any recent work done to the door panels or any electrical components?
