Default D16Z6 swap need wire and engine info

I know there are so many of these threads I've searched alot of them and haven't found out the appropriate info I need so far so here goes.
I have a 93 Civic Coupe with a 95 D16Z6 engine now in the engine bay. I used the harness from my D15B7 figuring I could just run the wires from the vtec solenoid to the ECU (which is the p28). I have print outs for the green plug/ oil pressure switch. What I am confused about are the wire colors and which goes to A4 and which goes to D6 (on the ECU) and the grey plug left of the OPS I've heard it referred to as a shock tower plug perhaps. I don't know if the wire is supposed to be grounded to the solenoid housing or run to the ECU or not. The wire colors are BLU/BLK and BLK for OPS and BLK for the grey plug left of the OPS. AND would it matter if I used the ECU and the harness from an engine that had an A/T trans and swapped to M/T? Just wanting to know if I had to run more wires than expected.

Pressure switch can be body ground or engine ground

Ok this is by far the best and most informative diagram I've seen online not misleading one bit I really appreciate it. So now I just have to prepare myself to perform surgery on my ECU I was never good with soldering wires. If all fails I will post pictures of my car impaled with a p28 and a p08 in the windshield.
