I have a 2002 Honda Accord EX 4 cyl. The A/C has begun just working on the #4 (or highest) fan setting. I did some research her on Honda-Tech and found that the blower resistor is bad about going out so I replaced it with one from Honda. It did not help, still blowing only on high setting. Any suggestions about what to check next?

if it's not the resistor it may be the fan speed switch

According to Honda you cannot replace just the fan selector switch you have to replace then entire head unit. Is there anyway you can test to see if the switch is indeed bad. Several long time Honda techs have told me it is very unlikely that all three selectors on the switch would have gone bad at one time.

Sorry for hacking the tread but im a new member and I cant wait 15 days. I am having a heat/AC issue. Blower works great but no heat or cold at all. Winter is coming and I need it very soon! Please help! If so could someone start a tread for me and Il start posting on it? its a 2002 accord. PO told me AC needs recharged but heat does not work also. Is this electrical?

In key position 1 you should have continuity between terminals 1,2+4; pos 2 terms 1,2+5;
pos 3 terms 1,2+6, pos 4 terms 1,2+3
