Black Housing Headlights Legal In Cali?

Is it legal, has anyone been pulled for having this lights, thinking of getting one, I just want to make sure they are legal in Cali.

Why not. The new civics has them. Cops here are pretty chills about stuff. Just don't use like blue output bulbs or any other colors that is out of the ordinary.

sooo why u need 2 know about it in cali?
yes im pretty sure their legal, even if they werent i dont think a cop is guna give u a ticket for haveing black housing headlights... btw
