Default Accord SiR ECU Crisis W/ H22 Swap Conflict

I have a 96 USDM Honda Accord LX with a non-VTEC F22 and Automatic Tranny. The Tranny died, so I just ordered a JDM H22A from a 92-95 Prelude online one of those complete swap deals... it also has a Automatic Tranny. I am planning on keeping the transmission Auto if you couldn't tell, anyway the ECU and TCU sent to me was a ECU 37820-P0F-902 and matching TCU from what I think is a 95 Accord SiR, something nobody here in the US has heard of apparently. I am in the U.S. Coast Guard and have to fly cross country to my car and put the engine in and then drive it back from Ohio to California. So I don't have time for complications. I need to clear this up in like a week so I can get this done before I go out to sea. So upon doing this swap the OBD2 - OBD1 conversion will be needed. I found a company who can do the harness up form me for the automatic...In fact, Boomslang is the only company who makes an automatic harness. Problem is they have never heard of the P0F ECU. usually the H22A came out of a prelude with the P13 ECU. So I need to know what is up with this ECU will is work? are the schematics of the two ECU's identical so I can have a harness made? If not which ECU is better? Also nobody can tell me whether or not I can remove the speed limiter on whichever ECU I do happen to use. being an automatic tranny, I want to get it chipped but I can't find a company to do it? Can you advise?
Thanks

if im not mistaken, an automatic prelude ECU will work fine, though im hardly an ECU expert. i wasnt even aware the SiR accord had a different ECU than tha other h22a's
