94 Accord Power Window Motor

94 Accord Power Window Motor
I recently rebuilt a 94 Accord LX after totaling my first Accord in September '13 and everything seems to be working properly except for the rear passenger window. I was able to roll it down about halfway before it stopped working completely, and I'm not too familiar with the mechanics behind it.
My buddy and I were able to determine that it isn't a fuse and that there is power going to the window, but it looks like we need to replace the motor. It doesn't seem like it would be too hard to install, I'm just not sure how much it would cost or the best place to find one?
Would it be best to buy a brand new motor, or could I make due with a junkyard find? I don't want to worry about finding another faulty motor but after the rebuild anything extra is killing my wallet.
Thanks!
